Why I Do This Work
I didn’t choose this path because life was gentle with me — I chose it because I’ve walked through my own shadows, heartbreak, awakenings, and rebirths.
I know what it feels like to be cracked open by life and still choose to rise.
I’ve experienced trauma, loss, spiritual awakening that arrived like wildfire, and the quiet rebuilding that comes after you’ve fallen apart and returned to yourself slowly, layer by layer.
Along the way, I learned something sacred:
Healing is not a race.
Awakening is not a performance.
And nobody evolves alone — we rise in community, in truth, and in connection to something greater.
My purpose is to hold space for transformation — gently, honestly, and without spiritual ego.
I don’t claim to have all the answers. I don’t sit above you — I walk with you.

My approach is intuitive and heart-led, but also grounded in real-world experience. With a background in psychology (BA), advanced training in trauma-informed child and youth counseling, addiction counseling, and mastery in Reiki and energetic healing modalities, I blend emotional understanding with spiritual wisdom in a way that honors both the human and the soul.
